The hotel's prime location, with breathtaking views of Hyde Park, added to the overall sense of elegance and sophistication that made my stay so special.

Arrival and check-in seamless and very welcoming. Hotel very modern and clean and Four Seasons room exactly how expected. Very impressed with Champagne and welcome gift and noting our anniversary. Staff are very attentive as with all four seasons and know you by name. Food in restaurant was excellent.

Bar was great. The gym and spa were fantastic. Location is best in London. The décor and attention to detail were incredible .To person the staff were professional , knowledgeable , proactive , responsive and cultured.
