Bar was great. The gym and spa were fantastic. Location is best in London. The décor and attention to detail were incredible .To person the staff were professional , knowledgeable , proactive , responsive and cultured.

The room is clean and comfortable. Great staff, very friendly and professional. Excellent service. Delicious food. Very helpful concierge and doormen. Great location. Very clean. It really made up for all the other Fourseasons.

Great staff, nothing was to much trouble Room was a little small Noisy room with people coming in at 2.3 and 4 am Breakfast was Ok. It cold The staff would make we want to come back!

Best regards to the hotel team, for their attention and taking care of me during my stay. They made my time in London perfect from the moment I entered hotel till the morning I left. Excellent spa and view from it, concierge took all the reservations on himself and secured me great London experience, restaurant members were very attentive and nice, room was perfect and very comfortable. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. Location is in foot distance to shopping, parks and best must visit cafes and restaurants.
